Return & Refund Policy

At Grow Well, we want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


💌 Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at thegrowwellinc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (like the wrong item or a damaged product).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items marked final sale

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


♻️ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at thegrowwellinc@gmail.com


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Include:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue


📦 Return Address

We’ll provide a return address upon approval of your request. Please do not send returns to our mailing address without contacting us first.
