At Grow Well, we’re committed to delivering your wellness-inspired items with care and clarity. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.


🚚 Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

During busy seasons or special promotions, there may be slight delays — but we’ll always keep you updated.


📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States.

Under $50 Calculated at checkout 3–7 business days
$50 and up Free Shipping 3–7 business days

We use trusted carriers like USPS and UPS to ensure timely delivery.


🌍 International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're working on it and hope to expand soon!


🎁 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 5 days of placing your order, contact us at thegrowwellinc@gmail.com.


Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  • Double-check the shipping address you entered.

  • Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

  • Then, email us at thegrowwellinc@gmail.com — we’ll help you find a resolution.

Please note, Grow Well is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Delays caused by the carrier or weather

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
